MAC lipstick Review: Pink Plaid

Hola gorgeous people

This lipstick was ‘love at first sight’ i initially saw it on a look made by (ots beauty) on Instagram where she stated she probably used pink plaid or saint Germain ( she probably used saint Germain because its a more pink shade)image

…anyway i saw the effect on the complexion and i googled the two lipsticks, im a sucker for pinks (i dont know why) so when i saw the pink plaid (which is close to pink nouveau only a bit toned down and more nude) i was in love 😍 i just had to get it that very day.

Okay, i got this from the store directly so it was cheaper i got it for N3,800 ( about $23 /£15 ) its Matte which obviously means you’ll need a lip balm and also need to be conscious of your lip so it wont sink into lines or crease during the day.

Pink Plaid

This is a lipstick that looks really bold but when you apply it it suits the skin. It glides on evenly and its really easy to control the intensity.

With this lipstick, you can work wonders with shades. Using different lip liners will hive different tones, and it also gives your skin this pretty tanned effect which i love 💗👌

Below is the bare application, no lip balm, no lip pencil, no gloss. Its a lovely nude pink and i will definitely suggest this to anyone from caramel to dark skin tone, it will give your skin an effect. And for the darker ladies don’t forget to use a lip pencil (either soft brown, dark brown, plum, purple, etc) depending on the look you want.
